Hayden is a dedicated martial artist training in Hawaiian Kenpo Karate at People's Kenpo Karate in Littleton, CO. She began her journey at just five years old and has since achieved a junior black belt ranking before turning ten (the highest belt rank available for her current age). Passionate about the dojo, she excels in various disciplines, including kata, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu.

 

As a natural competitor, Hayden quickly grasps new techniques and thrives on physical challenges. She is also a natural leader, inspiring younger students and proving that size doesn't limit strength. Currently, she holds multiple state titles in the Sport Karate West league and has recently made a successful debut in NASKA.

 

Outside martial arts, Hayden enjoys cross-training in various sports, reading adventure fantasy novels, being creative, and writing. She loves school and considers herself an eager learner. She balances her fierce training with moments of relaxation, such as sleeping in and spending time with her family and pets.
